Battersea Pet of the Week
Every week we will be showing you two animals that need new homes - find out how you can give them a home
Above are Wagner and Bingo - can you give them a home?
Name: Wagner Age: 3-5 years old Breed: German Shepherd Sex: Male Reference: 13/01249
Wagner is a beautiful, bouncy boy who is so much fun to be around! He has had a rather unfortunate haircut and does look a little silly at the moment, but beneath this he’s a handsome chap and has a loving, kind soul. He has loads of energy and would make a fantastic addition to an active family. He would happily play all day with a tennis ball and then snuggle up with his new family in the evening. Wagner enjoys the company other dogs but needs to learn a few manners at times, so he could live with a steady, female role model who can teach him the ropes. He will be sure to make a wonderful companion in his new home. If you’re interested in rehoming Wagner, please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444.
Name: Bingo Age: 1-2 years old Breed: Domestic Short Hair Sex: Male Reference: 2013/90592
Bingo is an affable fellow - unless you’re another cat! He much prefers the company of people to that of his fellow felines. He gets himself all worked up when he sees another cat so he’ll be very happy to have a home of his own where he doesn't have to see cats everywhere he looks. Other than that, he’s a big fluffy baby with a comical face who is going to bring lots of fun and amusement into his new home. If you’re interested in rehoming Bingo, please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444.

She loves a fuss and a lap to sit on, but will let you know once she’s had enough. Alba needs owners that understand that she needs her own space, and loves to rummage in the garden as often as possible. This feline is a bit of a solitary one, preferring to live alone than with other cats and dogs. She has a lovely glossy coat that needs to be well looked after, and will greatly reward you for doing so. Once settled in she will become a great family member. If you think you could give a home to Puddle please get in touch with Battersea’s rehoming team at bow.rehomers@battersea.org.uk or 01784494460.
Molly, a beautiful mature English cocker Spaniel - MOLLY HAS SINCE BE RE-HOMED THANKS TO MAGIC
A real ‘Lady and the Tramp’ darling is looking for a loving new home. Molly, a beautiful mature English cocker Spaniel, is 7 to 10 years old, yet still holds a youthful charisma about her. She can be a little anxious about new situations and environments, but once she warms to you her bounds of love and affection are radiated. Molly may be able to live with other dogs, but would prefer not to be around children, as it can all get a bit too much for her. Molly is looking for a quiet home where she can relax and see out her twilight years. If you think you could give a permanent home to this gorgeous girl please get in touch with Battersea’s rehoming team at rehoming@battersea.org.uk or 02076279234.
